We have state of the art machinery and can offer:
- CNC Controlled Manufacture (with Milling and Turning capabilities)
- Laser Cutting
Our Laser Cutting can achieve:
- Reduced lead times
- Excellent edge quality
- No tooling requirements
- Very accurate detail
- Minimal component distortion, if any
- Reduced time for secondary processes (deburring and drilling for example)
- We process many types of material:
- 0.5 – 10mm Mild Steel
- 0.3 – 8mm Stainless Steel
- 0.5 – 6mm Aluminium
- Complex shapes can be achieved as standard, including complex etching and marking.
The main advantage of Laser Cutting is that the process is completely software driven. The laser can cut one component just as easy as any other. There are no retooling costs and very little cost in the set up. Laser Cutting is a process that can deliver very short lead times at low cost. It is a feasible option if you are looking to design numerous prototypes because of the low cost and flexibility of the process. If any of this sounds of interest, please get in contact with us today.
Laser cutting is perfect for testing low run or one off prototypes. Some manufacturing methods prohibit low volume experiences, laser cutting in fact encourage them.
We can supply your components fully assembled including mechanical inserts and labels. This can save you time as well as add value to your order.
