Foundry
The use of fully certified ingot LM6 - LM25, LM9 and LM4 - is standard. However, alternative specification aluminium is available. Ultra fine grade natural loam is the main moulding medium but, for larger castings we manufacture moulds using the CO2 or air set process. Cores are also produced using these methods and once again using fine graded sands. Automatic control furnaces produce the molten metal, essential for consistent high quality castings.
